Delivery
Pet Shop Girls aim to process and despatch all orders within two to four working days. If after three working days you have not received confirmation of order processing by email please contact us. If purchasing an item on a Friday there can be no guarantee of a next day delivery over the weekend.

Delivery Times and Costs
At Pet Shop girls we are proud to offer a fast efficient delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will take care of the rest. Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide where you'd like your order delivered to.

Deliveries around the world will vary in cost and will take between 7-10 days. Cost will be calculated when purchasing your order. N.B. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Late Delivery
If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is severely overdue please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Returns Procedure
Pet Shop Girls want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below are our instructions of how to do so.

Error/Faulty Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

1. Contact Pet Shop Girls - explain the fault and state your original order number.
2. You will receive a returns form by email.
3. Please enclose the returns form inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange.
4. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Pet Shop Girls via the Post Office and for your protection we advise that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'.
5. Should you require a refund, you will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us. The cost of the product and its return will be credited to your debit/credit card in cases of refunds or replacement products.

Exchanges
1. Contact Pet Shop Girls clearly explaining the item you wish to exchange, the product code and colour of the product you would like.
2. You will receive an exchange form by email.
3. Please enclose the exchange form inside the parcel giving the reason for the return and details of the exchange product.
4. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Pet Shop Girls via the Post Office and for your protection we advise that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'.
5. Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
6. The cost of sending you exchange items will be paid by Pet Shop Girls.
7. Items for exchange must be received by Pet Shop Girls in the condition in which they were received by you.

Change of Mind
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods other than being faulty or for an exchange, Pet Shop Girls will credit the value of the goods only. A return of this nature must be notified to Pet Shop Girls via written form, including fax or email within seven days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to return the goods and to meet the cost of return postage. To ensure a refund Pet Shop Girls must receive all items for refund in the condition in which you received them. When a refund is authorised the amount will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given. Please note original postage will only be refunded on garments deemed to be faulty.

Pet Shop Girls reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Safety
Items are not recommended for children under 36 months due small parts that could cause a choking hazard.

Stock Availability:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are stocked, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned.

Specifications
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes given are as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability.
